where should I begin with kilo?

We recommend starting with our Online Level 1 Bundle, or the Online Program Design Course at a minimum, to establish a solid foundation in our foundational philosophies. The Level 1 Bundle covers essential program design and periodization concepts that we believe should be the majority of a trainee’s training when their goal is strength training longevity. By beginning here, you will develop the practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary to design effective training programs and achieve measurable results for your clients.

Are there pre-requisites for your courses?

No, there are no prerequisites for our live courses. However, familiarity with the KILO Curriculum and completing our Online Curriculum is highly encouraged to help you absorb content during live seminars. We also recommend listening to our podcast "Between 2 Racks" to further familiarize yourself with KILO.

Do you provide notes?

Online Courses: We provide Comprehensive PDF Resources at the end of our Online Courses, we do not provide the slides for the Online Courses, however you have lifetime access to the online courses.

Live Seminars: We provide slides during our live seminars that includes a section for notes. You are welcome to take notes on a laptop or tablet.

what is the live seminar schedule?

All of our courses run from 9AM to 5PM. We recommend arriving early, as we always start promptly at 9AM. Practical sessions are scheduled at 10:30AM and 3:30PM each day. We provide a 90-minute lunch break after the morning practical session.

Where are the seminars held?

All courses are located at KILO Headquarters in Southern Florida. Our address is 2240 SW 70th Ave, Suite A, Davie, Florida 33317.

what is provided during live seminars?

With your enrollment, you will receive a beloved KILO T-shirt and KILO BlenderBottle. We provide coffee and infused water throughout the day. All our seminars are sponsored by ATP Labs, giving you access to their supplements during the sessions and access to gaining a ATP Labs Wholesale Account upon completion of your KILO Course.

do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we offer group discounts for groups of three or more students who register together. To receive a group discount invoice, please email us directly. Please note that group discounts do not apply to early bird pricing.
